Welcome to Made Again HOME™ These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products or services. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Made Again HOME™ website (the "Site") and purchasing products or services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any other legal notices or additional terms published by Made Again HOME™.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the information on the Site is free from errors or omissions.  Please send us a message if you have detailed questions about our products before purchasing.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by Made Again HOME™. Payment must be received in full before processing an order. We accept payment via Credit Cards, or Venmo. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

All sales are final. Made Again HOME™ operates a No Refund Policy. Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

While we take care to package our products to prevent damage during shipping, we recognize that damages may occur. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. After this 24-hour period, we will no longer be liable for any damages, and no claims will be processed.

To report a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at info@madeagainhome.com with the following information:

• Your order number
   
• A description of the damage
   
• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
   

Once your claim is verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

[Made Again HOME™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Orleans, LA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Orleans, LA.
